1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Opility's website, Opility Academy, digital products, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Opility provides B2B technology consulting services, online courses through Opility Academy, digital product downloads, and the Opility Copilot tool (in development). Specific terms may apply to individual products and will be provided at the point of purchase or enrolment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including course materials, templates, written content, and software — is the property of Opility or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (toolkits, templates) are licensed for personal and internal professional use only. Resale, redistribution, or sharing with third parties outside your organisation is prohibited. All sales are final; refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Academy Courses

Opility Academy courses are provided free of charge. Completion certificates are issued digitally upon finishing all lessons in a course. Opility reserves the right to update or remove course content at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
